We traced it back to do, interestingly enough.

The chips, the semiconductor chips that are in these devices, they're not only in these devices in the Middle East, they're in pretty much every single cell phone in the world they are in.

Then we traced it back to the back chatter behind this, and we traced it back to some order of the Black Dragon members and other Dragon family members within China and Japan. So apparently this is where the orders came from to conduct this experiment.

So they were going in through back doors, through a system called Genesis.

So the idea behind what they were doing was connecting to the kernels within these chips and then how do I say sending out a version of what you know as an EMP or electromagnetic pulse, which is what was actually causing the damage in the humans.

All right, So we talked about on Monday that we felt that by the 18th the deep state would be pretty well done.
