Let's talk about the Russian Victory Day parade, OK?

As the currency interim wise until the country was stable.

The bills have become worn so they had to do something on a one to one ratio to try to for the average everyday citizen to use.

Let's talk about Defcon one.

Now, for those of you that don't know and are unaware, DEFCON Five is' Everything is OK'.

So they managed to convince all of these people to go ahead.

Well, we'll try to find out why.
